1953 FRANKLIN NGC PF 67 CAMEO- TOP DIE 18- We The People

$2,700.00

One of the top strikes off TOP DIE #18, featured in my first book “Cameo and Brilliant Proof Coinage of the 1950-1970 Era”! Absolutely superb condition and eye-appeal for a very tough year in the Franklin series. Deep mirrors and fully frosted devices are so difficult to find for this year, as most have barely-there frost and shallow, mint-state-like mirrors. Franklin and the Liberty Bell are completely covered in snow-white frost and sit on deep, jet-black mirrors for black-and-white eye-appeal that you’ll be hard-pressed to find on another Franklin from this year. Clean surfaces boast NO TONING, NO HAZE, and NO visible spots or hairlines. A true stunner!
