This is THE 1964 Jefferson! Perfect, heavily frosted devices meet virtually flawless, pitch-black surfaces. The frost on the devices of this 1964 is truly phenomenal and looks like bricks of bright snow! NGC has graded just 231 examples in PF 69 Ultra, and of this small group this is definitely one of the finest I’ve seen around in some time! 1-1-9
